The full size food saver offers a touchless moisture source, a food grade sponge that fits into the humidor lid and is moistened approximately 3-4X per year. The humidor lid is what creates the necessary moisture or humidity within the SugarBaby jar to keep brown sugar fresh, fixes rock-hard brown sugar within 24-48 hours plus keeps other items fresher longer (dried fruit, marshmallows, soft candy, baking & more).
